German Shepherd Puppies

For the first 3 weeks of life, our puppies are raised inside with our family. After 3 weeks they transition into our puppy kennel. They are handled and properly socialized from birth to ensure each puppy thrives and becomes the best companion for their next family. Your next family member will go home as a healthy well-rounded pup ready to excel in their new environment. All our puppies are up to date on all vaccines, dewormed, and vet checked before leaving our care.

Puppy Purchase Agreement
hereafter referred to as “Buyer”, for one purebred AKC German Shepherd Dog (described below). No verbal Agreement shall be entered.

Seller Agreement:
A. Problems such as parasites, coccidiosis, diarrhea, and giardia. These minor problems are not covered under our guarantee since they are so common and treatable.
B. A health record of all shots and worming shall be provided by the Seller.
C. The puppy is a purebred German Shepherd Dog and can be registered with the AKC.

Health Guarantee:

If the puppy is diagnosed with hip or elbow dysplasia by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), University of Pennsylvania (PennHip), or SV in Germany, the Buyer can agree to either keep the puppy or may return it to the Seller for a replacement puppy from the next available litter.

The puppy will not be replaced without an official evaluation from OFA, PennHip or SV.

This guarantee is void if the puppy is bred, spayed/neutered earlier than 18 months of age, caused by abuse, neglect, injury, poor nutrition and other factors not genetic in nature.


Buyer Agreement:
A. Buyer is completely satisfied and waives any and all claims regarding the puppy’s confirmation and outward appearance upon pickup and inspection.
B. The puppy is to be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours (not including weekends and holidays) at Buyer’s expense within receipt of the puppy.

1. If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines the puppy is not in good health, the Buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return it to the Seller for a refund of the purchase price.
2. If the Buyer elects to return the puppy, the Buyer shall, within 10 days after the date of signing this contract, provide the Seller with a written statement from the Veterinarian that includes a description of the findings of the exam. The Seller may take the puppy to a veterinarian of his choice before refunding the purchase price. If the Seller’s veterinarian determines the puppy is in good health, the Seller is not obligated to refund the purchase price.

D. Buyer agrees that should it become necessary to place the puppy, the Buyer will notify the Seller before taking such action and give the Seller the first opportunity to acquire the puppy according to terms agreed upon at that time.
E. Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy. This includes prompt medical attention, appropriate inoculations, preventatives for internal/external parasites (heartworm, etc.), proper nutrition, which consists of a high-quality veterinarian recommended (no raw or grain-free) given at regular intervals, and fresh water available at all times.
F. This is a high drive working line puppy that requires basic obedience skills. Buyer agrees to enroll in and complete, at a minimum, a puppy obedience class and basic on-leash obedience training.
G. If the puppy is sold as Pet Quality, Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered between the ages of 18 to 24 months of age. Neutering or spaying before 18 months of age voids this Agreement.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to ensure the well-being and protection of this animal. If any part of this Agreement is breached, the Seller is released from any further obligations hereunder. This Agreement is between the Seller and original Buyer and is non-transferrable to a third party.
